Founded in 1950, Oceanarium, Inc. was the true pioneer of the "oceanarium" industry.  Originally partnering with Marine Studios in St. Augustine, Florida, Oceanarium, Inc. and Marine Studios agreed to establish two Marineland Oceanariums - Marineland of Florida and Marineland of the Pacific in California.    Oceanarium, Inc. owned and operated Marineland of the Pacific, and entertained millions of visitors from 1954 until its closing in 1987; with    Marineland of Florida, still operating, being under new management.  Today, Oceanarium, Inc. is engaged in redefining itself as an independent operating company that will provide management solutions for owners of public aquariums.  With the aggresive construction of public aquariums as anchors for local and regional economic development efforts, Oceanarium, Inc. will provide supportive services to these municipalities ranging from strategic consultation to complete management of their operations.  For further information, please contact us for info@oceanariuminc.com
